Post-harvest logistics company Sohan Lal Commodity Management (SLCM) has obtained its second Agri Reach application patent from Intellectual Property India. This patent focuses on the “Method for Real-time Monitoring of Quality Control Data in a Warehouse Management System.”
SLCM got its first patent in 2022 which focused on "Method for Real Time Data Management" which defined centralized process for managing and maintaining crops in a warehouse from any location. With these two patents, SLCM now offers proprietary solutions for managing both the quality and quantity of crops in real time under a single platform. The technology enhances agricultural ecosystem self-reliance by enabling accurate quality monitoring of food grains, tracking commodity journeys, and providing real-time alerts to warehouse operators.
SLCM oversees assets worth Rs 10,928.82 crore and operates a network of warehouses and cold storages across India and Myanmar.
